I understand that this was international shipping so it took a while. However, the pendants were in just wrapped in a small piece of paper inside of a regular envelope instead of in a padded or "bubble wrap" envelope so the cameo pendant arrived broken. *Thanks you very much for replacing the cameo, I really appreciate it! The new one is beautiful. :)* Response From BansheeI´m sorry for that. I´ll try to get another pendant and send it to you, ok. |
