In the reviews, some use it as all over treatments, spot treatments, and masks. Expiration date 11/12/2013. I believe this is a UK product. Kind of embarrassing, but jar states "for Napkin Rash, Eczema, Bed Sores, Sunburn, Minor Burns, Surface Wonds, Acne, and Chillblains."
