You are looking at a French Connection halter top! This is so sexy but classy, size 4 but will fit an XS best- I would say an A-B cup. This top ties at the neck and zips at back for a corset-like feel with a retro flare. This is a very light blue almost denim material, 100% cotton, waist is approx. 12" across laying flat and approx length when worn is 20". This top was purchased in NYC a year ago and I can't tell you how many compliments I got! Sadly it's too small on me so my loss is your gain, this is one hot number! Great condition!
