Super cute skirt, navy in colour with white trim. Small embroidered seahorse on bottom left. Drawstring/elastic waist, with 2 very handy pockets in the front. Quite short. Looks great paired with a bathing suit as well as a casual tank. Says size medium but is comfortable on a small as well. Brand is Miken.
