About This ItemThese slacks are new. I tried them on at the store 2 years ago....they must be a 4/5. They will fit a short person well. I'm 5.1 feet. They have two buttons on the front, some strings are comming out from the button whole area, but that is they way they were. I haven't worn them at all. Measured flat, the waist area measures 15 inches so it must be 30 inches...and it probably must fit a bit below the waist but not at the hips.....i wouldn't have bought slacks that were up to my hips.
