helpp!! i NEED ideass

What about hang out room?? Me and my husband want it because we saw it in our friend's house. They have a dart, stand up karaoke, mini bar and few small sitting with mini dance floor.. Pretty awesome for entertaining people who visited them..:)

It depends inf you have any interests like crafts, painting, jewelry making, scrapbooking, or working out.  If not, what about a peaceful sitting room to read or relax...

As a realtor my opinion is don't do anything too dramatic that you will have to undue in order to sell.
