Appropriate swap times?

i am new on here to but i ship all the time for my job depending on where the package was going to or coming from makes a difference i always ship 1st class with tracking , tracking number is about .60 extra but you can check were your package is online. As for payments for a item for safer transactions try paypal or google  then if there is a problem with not receiving your items within a certain amount of time ( or not at all)can retract the payment.
I would email the swapper first and ask keep communication open, most people on here do not ship everyday so it may depend on what day the item was actually sent .Besides a lot of post offices are now closed on Saturdays due to cutbacks.

I think appropriate swap times will vary by who the person is.  I personally ship just once a week and I would give the person I'm swapping with between 7-10 days to get my stuff out.  I'm not really uptight about how long it takes, as long as it gets here.  One lady I swapped with asked me to send her a picture of the receipt before she sent her stuff out.  She had more tokens than me so I obliged.  I think that is a great idea.  If you are the one with the most tokens the other person should send first and maybe they can take a pic of the receipt before you send yours out.

Actually she is suppose to be sending it through pay pal. And this will be almost a week ago. No contact has been made yet. I hope she emails me by tomorrow.
