Is this bitchy or justified???

[size=150:3oho3z3t]Listen, i want honest opinions as to whether i should be as annoyed as i am or if i should suck it up and get over it, so be brutal!  My issue is, i have some swappers who offer me swaps over and over agian; sometimes for the same items; somtimes for same + new items; and i have already politely declined the swap offers from them; saying "Thank you for your offer, but i just cant seem to find anything that suits me on your list".  They then offer swaps agian....for the same things....and havent added to their list; like its the same stuff they offered to swap for 2 hrs ago!  This is annoying; i feel like if someone has told you "thanks but no thanks"; unless you have other things to offer; leave them alone!  I realize it's easy to send multiple offers to the same user and not realize it until later; because you're browsing and not noticing what swapper has the item listed...but if its the same offer that was denied last time....accept the answer no thank you and move on!  So.....bitchy or justified?

I would have to say it is a bit annoying and at the same time you are being a little bitchy  tongue . If you notice that the same person(s) are sending you offers and not updating their swaps, politely decline like you have been. Maybe send them a message asking that they try again when they update their merchandise. It seriously takes about 2 seconds to decline an offer. If they dont get the point after that, then annoying it is!

I say justified. I recently asked for a $10 item and was turned down. Like a week later she had something else for $10 and I had posted some new stuff so I tried for it and she turned me down again. I took the hint and will not try for that gals items again because I don't have anything she likes.

Totally justified. Its doubtful that eventually they will magically have something you will like of theirs, but some people just never give up sad

Re: Is this bitchy or justified???

Lol, well general vote seems to be justified, thanks guys, although i felt a little bitchy just now re-reading that post!  Seasonshopper has a point, it does take like 2 sec to decline, it just gets old with some ppl.  I can understand trying really hard for something you like a lot, i mean there are some bags on here......lol.  But no means no, right!

Re: Is this bitchy or justified???

Personnally i have no problem with this. People doing this and i just decline. I probably doing  it me too cause i send offer when i see something i want and dont look who is the swappers. But i add new things each days so i'm not really concern by the  advice. But i think decline take only one second so its not a big deal for me. My philosophy is i dont want to seem bad for any swappers cause i dont know when but i probably want to swap one day and i want to have the chance to doing it. Scuse if im not clear cause its difficult to explain something when its not your usual language.

Rock on!

Re: Is this bitchy or justified???

It's annoying.  I have had one swapper who sent me offers over & over & over again & there was NOTHING I was even remotely interested in on their swaplist.

When I decline a swap I do ask for the swapper when they will be updating their swaplist.  They might not have something I am interested in at the moment but possibly in the future.

I do wish people would take the time to read my wishlist & if not that, AT LEAST note sizes I wear!  I hate getting tons of swap requests from people who have absolutely nothing on their list that would fit me.

All it all you are justified in being bitchy.  It's how you feel & your feelings are justified.  It depends on how you ACT on your feelings.  wink
