Swapstyle feedback tokens are a way to see at a glance the experience swappers have had in the passed. Once you have swapped with someone please go and leave a token and feedback with them, this will help swappers in the future decide whether a member is trustworthy or not. The tokens ratings table shows the number of overall Feedback ratings this member received. These numbers include repeat swappers, buyers and sellers. For each transaction, a swapper, buyer or seller are allowed to rate each other by leaving a Feedback token. Feedback includes a rating (positive, negative, or neutral), and a short comment. If recent Feedback ratings are generally positive, it’s probably a good sign. But we recommend you review other information like if the user has verified their address or not.

Tokens are made up of.
Overall Score: 7
Positive Score: 8
Negative Score: 1
Total Positive Tokens: 10
Total Neutral Tokens: 0
Total Negative Tokens: 1

Lets run through it.
Total positive , neutral and negative tokens are every single feedback token ever given,
This means that if a member has 10 Total positive Tokens they would have swapped 10 times successfully but they could have swapped with 1 person 10 times.
You can tell if that is the case by looking at the positive or negative Score, if the score is 1 but she has 10 tokens then she has swapped 10 times with just 1 person. In the example above the member has swapped 10 times but 2 of them must of been repeat customers because she only has positive score of 8!

The over all Score is the difference between Positive and negative Scores. So if someone had a positive score of 8 and a negative score of 1 then their overall score would be 8 - 1 = 7

Address Verification is a way to know that Swapstyle.com has successfully sent that member a letter in the post to the address that member has supplied. This makes them allot more trust worthy. However you should never trust someone on Address verification alone, use it as just another way of deciding whether a member is trustworthy, along with feedback tokens, how active they are on the site and how long they have been members..

Simply log into your account. Once logged in Click on "My Account"  (top right) then click on Address Verification,  you then Click on the Request Verification link on that page. You will be sent to Paypal to pay the small $10 fee which is used for postage and handling. We will then post  you a physical letter to the address you signed up with. When you get the letter you will find your personal verification code inside. Please log back into Swapstyle.com Click on My Account > Address Verification and now enter the code into the code Box supplied.
Congratulations! you are now a trusted swapstyle.com verified member!

Remember that all people make mistakes so before you do anything make sure you wait a bit before jumping the gun and acusing people of theft. Some times people fall ill or something happens that they cannot help, If you have given the person ample time and sent them lots of comunication and you still havn't heard from them or not resolved your issue then please be sure to leave them a negative token and feedback comment to warn other memebers about that member.
